Tagg the Pet Tracker, a Qualcomm developed product, utilizing GPS, cellular, mapping, and radio technology. This was a fun project for me, as it combined my love for pets with technology. As director of customer service, I revamped the entire methodology of Qualcomm’s customer service, and created more of a social community customer care portal. With over 40,000 customers who were already passionate about the product, and keeping pets safe – it was great to give them access to helping other pet lovers through Tagg’s customer service community.
